Dabur India's director resigns

The board of Dabur India has accepted the resignation of HH Maharaja Gaj Singh as director of the company with effect from 30 October 2008.

The board has appointed Bert Wiseman Paterson and Analjit Singh as directors of the company under the category of independent, non executive directors.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 30 October 2008.
